Thomas J. Dula brings over 30 years of experience as a corporate Controller or Chief Financial Officer with companies including Wholesale Distributor and Government Contractors. During this time he was responsible for Establishment of Accounting Procedures, Cash Flow Management, Contract Pricing Proposals, Negotiating and Maintaining Borrowing Relationships with Lending Institutions, Internal Financial Reporting, Compliance with Multi-State and Federal Agencies, Supervising Accounting Staff of up to 10 people.

Leaving the corporate world to establish BT CFO Services, Inc. (www.btcfoservices.com) in 1999 and BT Payroll Services (www.btpayroll.com) in 2011. Mr. Dula used his prior experience and offered his services to small to mid-sized businesses that needed the skills of a CFO but not on a full time basis. His clients include a Broker Dealer that was instrumental in the creation of multi billion dollar securitization platforms, Corporate Aircraft Detailer with operations in 7 states on the East Coast, Several Government contractors subject to DCAA audits, a Consulting Company to the Banking and Credit Card Industry, a Consulting Company providing financial and operational advisory services to the Life Science Industry, as well a non-profits associations for the Regenerative Medicine.
